By entering the No Timid Souls x GFitness Giveaway, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  

1. STANDARD TERMS  

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.  

1.2 By entering the competition, you agree to share your details with No Timid Souls and GFitness.  

1.3 These parties may use your email address in marketing communications. 

1.4 You have the right to opt out of communications from No Timid Souls and GFitness at any time.  

2. WHO CAN ENTER?  

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry, except those involved in the management of either No Timid Souls or GFitness.  

3. HOW TO ENTER 

3.1 The competition commences at 6:00am EST Monday 12 February 2024 and concludes at 11:59pm EST Thursday 29 February 2024. 

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form at www.notimidsouls.com/pages/g-fitness-giveaway, follow No Timid Souls and GFitness Instagram accounts and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.  

3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person. 

3.4 Entries must be received by 11:59 EST on 29 February 2024. 

4. PRIZES  

4.1 There will be ten (10) prize draws and ten (10) winners, with a total prize pool of over $3,500 RRP. The winners will receive one prize pack valued at over $350, as set out below.  

4.2 Each prize pack consists of:  

1 x No Timid Souls Accessories: 1 x Sports Drink Bottle, 1 x Sports Gym Towel, 1 x Sports Cap; 1 x Women’s Glide 360 Tank or Men’s Glide 360 Short Sleeve; 1 x Women’s Shorts or Men’s Shorts and 1 x Concept G 3-class pass. 

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on 1 March 2024 and notified by email within 24 hours. The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address within 7 days of receipt of the delivery address. 

5. HOW TO WIN  

5.1 There will be ten (10) winners chosen on 1 March 2024 from the total pool of entries received. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.  

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
